Mark Seaton, Chairman
Mr. Seaton is responsible for steering the company's vision and business strategy, arranging financing and guiding the development of future solutions. Mr. Seaton founded Armor Technologies in 2004 and is committed to protect the cyber activities and information of computer users and enterprises in today's digital economy.
Mr. Seaton brings with him more than 20 years of senior level experience in the automotive & personal finance sectors. He spent more than 10 years as a management consultant assisting various Automotive Dealerships to dramatically increase efficiency and profitability. An avid entrepreneur, Mr. Seaton also is a regular presence in the North American financial circuit as a presentation professional and keynote speaker.

Robert T. Horwood, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Horwood has an extensive background of computer and entrepreneurial experiences. A graduate of McGill University, Mr. Horwood's early career began with positions as a programmer, and an operations research analyst at ALCAN. He held the post Chief Systems Programmer at the Université de Montréal and was head of the Computer Systems Division for the National Energy Board in Ottawa. He was co-founder and President of Computel Systems Ltd., Canada's first computer company to be listed on the TSE (by IPO). When Computel was acquired by Royal Trust, Mr. Horwood became its Vice-President, In-formation Systems & CIO and continued as President of Computel. Later, Mr. Horwood was founder and president of Access ATM Network Inc. a company which was also listed on the TSE (by reverse takeover) and which introduced the concept of shared Automated Banking Machines in retail locations in Canada under the name Magicbanc. Mr. Horwood is a past National President of the Canadian Information Processing Society (CIPS); and most recently served as Executive Vice President of the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) and as President of ITAC Ontario.

Dmitri A. Lopatine, MSc., Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Lopatine is a co-founder and the technical visionary behind Armor Technologies. He is responsible for all phases of product development lifecycle as well as the management of the company's day-to-day operations, development and maintenance teams.
Mr. Lopatine brings over 12 years of comprehensive experience in the architecture, design and development of enterprise, financial and scientific computer applications. Prior to joining Armor Technologies as CTO, he consulted to many industry-leading public and private organizations, including the Ontario Ministry of Health, CGI, Rogers, SONY Picture Entertainment, Microsoft Studios, IBM, CIBC, the Research Institute of Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto, and the Bulldog Group.
Mr. Lopatine holds both a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the State University, Stavropol, Russia.

George M. Puccia, B.COMM., C.A., C.P.A., Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Puccia obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto in 1981 where he specialized in commerce, finance and administration. In 1986 he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ontario. In 1990 and 1992 George graduated from the Dale Carnegie course and became a certified course instructor respectively. Most recently, in 1998, George qualified as a Certified Public Accountant out of the State of Illinois.
Mr. Puccia has in excess of 20 years of experience as a senior finance professional in corporate man-agement, financial and operational analysis and implementation of significant organizational change for growth. His involvement has been in the areas of complex restructuring, acquisitions, consolidations, capital financing and financial reporting. His background includes demonstrated strengths in aligning operational groups and developing financial teams to perform increasing levels of responsibility.
As an advisor and business coach, Mr. Puccia has provided in-depth strategic business planning and ad-visory services to a number of start up and emerging business sectors including information technology, telecommunications, software development, commercial, distribution and retail enterprises. He has devel-oped detailed business plans in support of business cases to assist in procuring seed capital, debt restructuring and capital financing.
